How it works

Three steps. No new app to learn.

1

Forward the email

Choose the GPTemail.me inbox for the job: draft, summarize, translate, todo, or ask.

2

GPTemail processes it

The message is routed through a task-specific prompt and checked against your plan usage.

3

Read the result

The output comes back to your inbox as a normal email you can review, edit, or forward.

Write better replies

draft@gptemail.me

Example: write a calm response to an annoyed client asking for an update.

Cut long threads down fast

summarize@gptemail.me

Example: summarize a 14-message thread into decisions and next steps.

Translate business emails clearly

translate@gptemail.me

Example: translate a German supplier email into English.

Turn emails into action lists

todo@gptemail.me

Example: extract owners, deadlines, and open questions from a project update.

Ask about email content

ask@gptemail.me

Example: ask what matters most in a messy forwarded chain.

Translation languages

Translate is currently verified for Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, and Welsh business emails into English. English-to-other-language translation, other languages, mixed-language messages, and noisy source text are best-effort while we expand verified coverage.

Usage and rate limits

Your monthly plan controls how many emails GPTemail.me processes each billing cycle. Separate hourly anti-abuse limits also apply to protect inbox deliverability; active senders may be limited to 20 submitted emails per hour across all GPTemail.me inboxes.

Why use GPTemail.me?

Keep repeated email jobs inside email.

GPTemail.me is for recurring inbox work where copy-pasting into a chat tool is too slow or too easy to forget.

Good fit for

  • Consultants, founders, operators, and small teams handling lots of email.
  • Long threads, follow-ups, multilingual business messages, and task extraction.
  • People who want the result delivered back to the same inbox workflow.

Not ideal for

  • Highly classified, restricted, or internal-only email environments.
  • Messages you are not allowed to route through third-party processors.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does GPTemail.me work?
Send or forward an email to one of the inboxes, such as summarize@gptemail.me or draft@gptemail.me. GPTemail.me processes the message and sends the result back to your inbox.
Who uses GPTemail.me?
It is built for busy professionals and small teams that regularly handle long threads, client follow-ups, task-heavy updates, or multilingual business email.
What counts as one credit?
All plans include the same AI features. The only difference is the number of emails you can process per month. Volume 100 gives you 100 emails/month, Volume 250 gives you 250, and Volume 500 gives you 500. One processed email uses one credit.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Your monthly plan cap controls how many emails GPTemail.me processes in a billing cycle. Upgrade from the dashboard if you need more capacity before the next reset.
Do unused emails roll over?
No, your email count resets at the start of each billing cycle. We recommend choosing a plan that matches your typical monthly usage.
Which languages can Translate handle?
Translate is currently verified for Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, and Welsh business emails into English. English-to-other-language translation, other languages, mixed-language messages, and very noisy text are best-effort and should be reviewed before use.
How long is email content stored?
Email content and processing results are deleted after 30 days by default. You can request earlier deletion through privacy@gptemail.me.
Is my data used to train models?
Email content is processed by GPTemail.me subprocessors to generate the requested output. Review the Privacy Policy and DPA before sending regulated or company-restricted data.
Can I use this with work email?
Yes, if your employer permits third-party processing for the emails you forward. Do not use GPTemail.me for internal-only, classified, or restricted data without approval.
How fast do responses usually arrive?
Most normal-sized emails should return in minutes. Long threads, large messages, model provider delays, and email delivery queues can take longer.
Are there hourly sending limits?
Yes. Monthly plan caps control total usage, and separate anti-abuse limits protect deliverability. A sender may be limited to 20 submitted emails per hour across all GPTemail.me inboxes. If you need planned high-volume testing, contact support first.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
